Creme Anglaise Recipe

So, we went back to basics this week. We made a little Crème Anglaise to go with the peach pecan turnovers we made last week! A super simple and delicious sauce that goes with lots of different desserts. We've given the very basic recipe here, and it's easy to customize a little with flavourings, booze, whatever you like. Also, if you don't have fresh vanilla beans to steep in the milk, you can use vanilla extract, instead!
