They need to finish these in butter and onions...

Every where I've ever been (and that is a bunch of places) the folks make a dumpling nikumon pasty pierogi gyoza or mandu and it almost always includes cabbage... And I have yet to eat a bad one.

This is the closest we get to universal food.

once it can hold the filling, right flavor combos, easy to eat and go.

And there are so many versions of this kind of thing, in all kinds of street food.
