I'm going to make a quickie vegetarian pizza tonight. Will use broccoli, caramelized onion, and lots of mozzarella. And a pre-made crust from the store 'cuz it's been a busy day.
Dessert: blackberries, yogurt, and toasted almonds. Lemon slivers over the top.
I doctored up a canned lentil soup with rice, ground caradmon,turmeric, ground cumin & a small amount of cinnamon, garlic & onion. With buttered naan. Decafe tea.
