What's for Dinner, Wed., Dec. 19, 2018

We both attended holiday parties today, so I think we'll have something very simple, like a mere garden salad.

I can only take so much rich food!

For lunch I had lobster and shrimp macaroni and cheese. The appetizers were good, too, and they were stuffed mushrooms and little mini lasagnas. Also fried mozzarella squares.

Dessert was this heavenly lemon cake.

Wine, of course.

It's haddock. When I purchased it the last time at the store on sale, I got 1 pound, but I had the fish guy wrap it into two packages. I had one package left.

We also had red beans and rice, steamed broccoli, and pickled beets.
