First course is pasta (tagliatelle) with ragu sauce.
Salad is bibb lettuce filled with mango-cherry tomato mixture.
Next up is....a Beyond Meat hamburger! It is surrounded by roasted root vegetables and broccoli rabe sauteed in garlic and olive oil.
I had a taste of the burger and I am wildly enthusiastic about its taste. This is my first one. I can tell you right now I think I will completely forget real beef burgers and go with this. IMHO, it's better than beef.
Dessert is a 1-inch square of cream-cheese frosted carrot cake.
