I am having sliced cantalope with ham, a bowl of strawberries topped with a tablespoon or two of French vanilla pudding, and a cold glass of Earl Grey tea.

I need energy to pick up these one-foot pavers I'm using for my walkways around new raised beds!

I had coffee, but I think from now on I'm going to hold off on coffee until after I've digested brekkie. EVERY morning after I eat breakfast I don't feel right, and it doesn't seem to matter what I eat. And the only difference between brekkie and other meals is that I have caffeine w/ brekkie. It may be messing w/ my digestion, so I'm going to try this out and see how it works.
