(32,057 posts)I prefer fruit with my cottage cheese, although many people do like a more savory dish. My mom often stirred chopped green onion into hers.

(35,730 posts)the one I made yesterday was so delicious I decided to have another one, but this time I served it over ice and used a fresh celery stalk for the stirrer (and also to munch on). Freshly ground black pepper and a squeeze of lime juice. When I went outside for the celery stalk, I also cut some chives and snipped them over the juice.
I have three Morningside Farms vegan sausages in the cast iron skillet, slowly cooking.
Strawberries and blackberries with agave-sweetened ricotta.
