I had a reverse osmosis system installed at 8 am. Today, I am splurging with ham, eggs, and sourdough toast. For lunch, I am having a Mediterranean Salad with Chickpeas. See, I am already thinking of lunch before breakfast. Now about dinner.

the coffee struggle continues/resumes. was out of creamer today so I had to dig in my suitcase for my Trader Joe's travel coffee - instant with cream and sugar in little tubes. used too much hot water and it was kind of weak. sigh. maybe I should just start on the beer early, like we used to when we really partied on the 4th?

I am out of flour ones.
Cherry tomatoes cut in 1/4s, mashed avocado, onion, cut jalapeno, salsa, chipolte pepper, gr onions.

Ya , American food.
