What's for Dinner, Tues., July 9, 2019

This is late because I've been rushing from one lunch meeting to a dinner meeting. And now I'm actually supposed to be working but I'll sneak this post in, remembering it's still only around 4 in CA.

At the lunch meeting I had salmon piccata with breaded zucchini on the side. A mixed berry spritzer. Lots of salad antipasto and a bowl of gnocchi soup.

At the dinner meeting, which was a Chinese buffet, I had chicken noodle soup and fortune cookies.

and p.s. I still have one more meeting, but it's for drinks at 9:30. I'm going to have a mango-rita.

For me, 'salade' kind of like a'la'chipotle, from a local 'Tex/Mex' place, w pinto beans, chicken, pico de gallo + vegs. Will last till tomorrow.
