(60,077 posts)Uncooked Italian sausage with casing removed, onion and green pepper. Sauté until meat is cooked through. I had a Serrano pepper, seeded and chopped added to the sauté.
I used a whole Wheat Tofayan flatbread, Marinara sauce, mozzarella, oregano, and black pepper.
Even with the extra ingredients, it still tasted like a Stromboli
I used mild Italian sausage.

(15,090 posts)Rice and beans, an avocado on the side. I didnt make myself a proper dinner tonight because Im cooking up a storm for lunch tomorrow when I have half a dozen friends coming over. I already have two macaroni and cheese casseroles stashed in the fridge waiting to be baked tomorrow. Later Im baking a peach pie from the filling and crust I made earlier.

(68,703 posts)greens...for dessert no sugar Pumpkin pudding (swerve) and cool whip...love pumpkin all year round... we had fresh pineapple. I got this great corer and slicer from Weight watchers...it works great and you could serve a drink in the shell if you wanted to. It looks like a stick with a sharp point and it twists like corkscrew.

8 weight watcher points for the meat; veggies have 0 points. Add 2 points for the butter.
I cut up the squash and peeled it then steamed it in my stacking stovetop steamer, with the corn underneath. Steamed corn on the cob is amazing!
