Chicken paillards, first seared, then sauteed in olive oil. Used parsley, basil, garlic.

Cranberry beans, cooked with a little potato, topped with sliced red onon.

Green salad dressed with olive oil and with green pepper and cherry tomato.

To drink. cosmic cranberry kombucha.

Dessert is a mix of cookies (snickerdoodles), shortbread, and dark chocolate squares.

Using legs with the bone in so I don’t have to cut it up and I get the bone broth. Making use of a jar butter chicken sauce and I will put some rice in the rice cooker.
French bread. Should be leftovers for lunch this week.

roasted butternut squash cubes, and broccoli with Hollandaise. We have two sauvignon blancs open right now, one from France and one from New Zealand. So one glass of each to contrast and compare. (Both very good!)
