2. It's really cold out!

It's 17 but feels like 4!

I need a hearty breakfast. Oatmeal with raisins, rye toast with a little butter, OJ and coffee.

3. Safe cure for soar throat..

This has always worked for me for almost 50 years and it is not as bad as it sounds.

Take a little cayenne pepper, a little less than an 1/4 t spoon and stir up in 1/4 glass of cold water. Toss it down quickly and don't swish it around. You'll get a nice warm feeling. Do it about twice in one day and it'll be gone. Good luck.
