I need a hearty breakfast. Oatmeal with raisins, rye toast with a little butter, OJ and coffee.

(32,715 posts)This has always worked for me for almost 50 years and it is not as bad as it sounds.
Take a little cayenne pepper, a little less than an 1/4 t spoon and stir up in 1/4 glass of cold water. Toss it down quickly and don't swish it around. You'll get a nice warm feeling. Do it about twice in one day and it'll be gone. Good luck.
