I love those little potstickers.

I ate w/ Dad tonight.

Around here we call it American Chop Suey. I guess in other parts of the country it's called Goulash (sp?).

It's macaroni in a tomato sauce w/ ground meat (I used turkey), onions and peppers. I added mushrooms.

When I got home I made Al a chicken quesadilla.

cooking wise...but am feeling better today I made Tilapia, Baked potato, beets and roasted tomatoes was quite good. You dinner sounds great but no nuts for me sadly.

I recently found a brand of low-carb bread and after trying it, went back for five more loaves. So tonight, I'm having a good old Reuben sandwich! Yummmmmm.
I'll also be using it to make low-carb stuffing for the holiday.
