What's for Dinner, Sun., Dec. 1, 2019

It's cold and snowy here, so it's an ideal meal that the RG cooked cannellinis with vegetables (carrots, onions, herbs) with the toppings of spicy tuna and chopped raw celery.

I made salad with baby arugula and red leaf lettuce. The RG cooked some broccoli and we put it in the salad as well as sliced red pepper, carrot, radish, and cucumber.

Apple-cranberry tart for dessert.

We're all home this evening so we did Thanksgiving dinner.

Just turkey and the usual fixings. We didn't do a big spread.
We are too full to eat the pumpkin pie (from frozen), so maybe later.

FLFC ate turkey and kept coming back for more. We discovered that the later pieces he asked for are in piles in a couple of places. I guess he got full too.
