It has rolled oats, chia seed, hemp seed, flax seed in almond milk. It's flavored with cinnamon, vanilla, and a little salt.
You can put in your favorite fruit on it. Examples from the cookbook author (Amy Chaplin) are blueberry-apple-citrus, which is what I'm having.
I found the book in the library and thought it so interesting that I bought the ebook version.
