I'm making Figgy Pudding for dessert tonight.

After years of singing "We Wish You A Merry Christmas," and wondering what the deal was all about, I'll know. (Got the dried dates and figs ready.)

I make my Figgy Pudding or Plum pudding with my Instant Pot; steam 15 minutes and then pressure cook 30 minutes. DONE!

In the Middle Ages raisins were called plums.
