sausage and mash! I had left over yellow squash and added peas to the meal. For dessert later I made scones earlier and will have a scone with a latte.

Homemade

Thawed some leftover pork roast from the freezer. Added it to chicken stock, onions, carrots, celery, diced tomatoes, brussels sprouts, black beans and orzo.

Chocolate zucchini cake for dessert.

simmered in tomatoes and white wine. There’s mushrooms, onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary in there. Over pasta, with garlicky green beans on the side.

For dessert: Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
