What's for Dinner, Fri., Dec. 4, 2020

It's a Thai-themed dinner:

--salmon
--accompanying seafood side dish is clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari

Salad is papaya cubes, cilantro, baby romaine, peanuts, garlic, hot Thai chile, fish sauce.

Dessert: bread and chocolate. Cold coffee for me, wine for the RG.

We're hiding out in our NYC apartment for the weekend. It feels great to be back in the city.

We're ordering Chinese take-out but haven't decided which goodies to get.

Enjoy your seafood combo. It looks awesome!

We are having pork roast, baked potatoes, gravy, steamed broccoli, homemade applesauce and still working on the pecan pie bars for dessert.

And no doubt very tasty.

We have mini penne w/ homemade sauce (tomato, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, ground beef, garlic and basil).

I made some garlic bread w/ a can of crescent rolls.

Dessert will be some butter cookies.
