What's for Dinner, Mon., Dec. 21, 2020

Chicken stuffed cabbage rolls in cream sauce. Took them out of the freezer since I've been doing holiday things all day and no time to cook.

Tossed greens with French dressing.

Berry kombucha.

Later, if I feel like cooking, I might make some nachos. Would like to make my own chips using tortillas.

I’ve never tried making them-seeing a lot of room to add flavors to the batter

The RG made it before he went on his business trip and I just found it!

Is it ever good. Has pistachios and raisins in it.
