Frying cheese, fresh tomato, prosciutto, and cinnamon basal

Frying chesse (gretna) cooked 2 to 3 minutes,
fresh tomato (lemon boy, black krim, & german johnson)
prosciutto
little piece of cinnamon basal

on a 1/4 piece of toast

this works!

Started my plants late and have been playing catch up ever since. I have a lovely lemon basil this year. Nice with fish and in smoothies. Too many eggplants, but now that I have tomato, I can do more nice things with them.
