arm. It was an adorable golden retriever! I smiled, said hello to the beautiful girl and asked the owner about her. She was trained to make friends with people in the hospital & waiting rooms (I'd never heard of that before) and bring smiles to many faces. It's a terrific program and I hope it expands all over the world.

Looks as if her gentle presence goes a long way to bring friendliness and support to these people when they really are in need of help.
