Police diver adopts dog rescued from icy lake
A puppy was saved from a frozen lake by a police diver in Turkey. The rescuer feared the worst but said it was miracle that she survived.

I think Ceiling Cat may have brought that policeman to that place by the lake before it was hopeless.
