Today's kitten progress report - and it's not even noon.

The kittens have started using the litter box. Not consistently so I'll keep up with the 'stimulation' for a few more days.

AND they are lapping up milk from a bowl. That means I can slightly adjust the feeding schedule, and maybe get some sleep. They will be 4 weeks on Tuesday or Wednesday, which is how old last year's litter was, when I took them in. I know I wasn't stumbling around at 2am, preparing bottles and warming kitten milk.

Well, and Arthur and now Bronwyn trying to climb out of the play pen. Can't forget those attempted escapes.

Which reminds me - I'd better go check on them.

I just came in from going to battle with the Trumpet Vine. I'm trying to regain control before its leaves come out.

I'm probably delusional.

I just went up to check on them and saw a huddle of sleepy kittens.
