I'm relocating the kittens playpen, today

From the en suite to the guest room. More natural light, a little warmer and more room to spread out a blanket and give them room to roam. They are SO active. Their progress since Thursday just amazes me. And their appetites are really growing. Today I'm introducing them to wet food. Well, a wet food and kitten milk slurry. I will do the same as I did for Madoc and his siblings - put the food bowls on an easily cleaned surface (lid to a big plastic tub) and have a wet wash cloth close at hand because it WILL get messy.

Another benefit is that I should be able to get some good photos. And, if the intro to the boys goes well, the playpen will be located in the den because that way I can really focus on socializing without losing sight of everything else.

I wish Aldi would carry these, again. It was only $20 and it's been a real 'blessing'.

This has been so great. The top zips shut, for when the are agile enough to climb over the rim. And there's a zipper door in front.
Every place else I've seen these charge $30 and higher. Another reason I love Aldi.

The few things they don't carry, and I want, I head to Kroger or Meijer. I get some really tempting coupons from Kroger. Like one for a free dozen eggs.
