Decided not to fight it and got out of bed before Madoc started attacking my toes.

Fed the boys. Fed the kittens. Got dressed. Played with the boys. Played with the kittens. Then I temporarily relocated the kittens to my room so I could vacuum up kitty litter.

After that I walked outside to take in the morning air. I was greeted by Bruiser and Mittens the Kitten, already inpatient for breakfast.

It wasn't even 6am, and here's me thinking I could just sit and relax for 30 minutes or so.

That's OK, though, because these felines are FAR more enjoyable and rewarding to be around than a lot of humans I know.

I know I'll get affection from Gryff, a playful attitude from Madoc, and all four kittens will come bumbling towards me when I turn on that bedroom light. Well, not so much bumbling, anymore. It's more of a sprint.
