Until the service academies start charging sexual assualts as felonies with harsh time in Levenworth, this problem will continue to be swept under the rug. The president should make sure that the Joint Chiefs know that this should be a priority.

The VA hospital I recieve weekly treatments at (ironically, the only one named for a woman, the Aleda E. Lutz VAMC, Saginaw MI) was pamphlets and posters openly displayed and also a 'coordinator' whose picture and position is displayed on their nifty new electronic in-house info boards. The VA is trying seriously to address this...
