Interesting video of a language, Tut, created by enslaved Africans to communicate in code...

among themselves without inslavers knowing what they were saying. I know a few things about Black history but this is new to me. There is of course Creole in Louisiana and Gullah in South Carolina that have survived but this one faded away. Here'a a link to the video and the full story. I am going to repost this in the "Languages and Linguistics" group. This type of story is vitally important on so many levels. I am embarrassed to say, this is the first I have ever heard of this language and its history. Thank you again for posting this article!
