STAN LEE Dies

Stan Lee, legendary creator and co-creator of many of Marvel Comics’ most beloved characters, has reportedly passed away at the age of 95.

Working with Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, and many others, Lee created Spider-Man, the Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, the Avengers, the X-Men, Daredevil, Nick Fury, and dozens of other characters now known as household names.

Until his reported death, Lee still greeted fans at conventions and events, and filmed cameos for nearly every film based on a Marvel character in the last decade.

Details of Lee’s passing have not been reported.

1. The man lived to a ripe old age of 95

enjoyed tremendous success and has left a rich legacy.

2. Just this am was talking about him with Mr. Dixie


Had seen latest Avengers movie, was discussing his cameos in his films.

Now I learn this.

95 is a pretty decent age to be creating and filming and etc. He was a ..marvel, indeed.

This news was heard on BBC radio yesterday. Apparently, Stan was big in the U.K. also.
