Lance Armstrong: USADA abused its powers

Lance Armstrong sent an 18-page letter to the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency on Friday, a formal response to allegations that he used performance-enhancing drugs during his seven consecutive Tour de France victories.

In a statement released Friday, USADA CEO Travis Tygart said the Anti-Doping Review Board would "consider all submissions in accordance with the rules."

"We follow established procedures that were approved by athletes, the U.S. Olympic Committee and all Olympic sports organizations," the statement said, adding the rules provided full due process and were designed to get to the truth.

Letters back and forth and so on.

I may be in the minority, but I don't think Lance did it.
