Rangers CEO Nolan Ryan, GM Jon Daniels involved in heated confrontation

Texas Rangers CEO Nolan Ryan and general manager Jon Daniels had to be separated by manager Ron Washington after a heated conversation escalated on Tuesday night, reports CBSDFW.com.

According to the report, Daniels and Ryan were apparently face-to-face during the middle of a sit-down meeting “with the possibility of a confrontation.”

The reason for the confrontation is not known.

The Rangers have made the playoffs in three of the past four seasons and finished 2013 with a 91-72 record. The team said this week that they will retain Washington for another season.

How can you fly the Lone Star flag and be disrespectful to someone as great as Davey Crockett, William Travis, Jim Bowie and Sam Houston combined!

Actually, both Daniels and Ryan are Repukes. They got rid of the only Democrat, Chuck Greenberg. I'm just happy that the Shrub Enabler, Tom Hicks, is gone.
