I almost failed to mute that goddamn Kars for Kids commercial....they should use it as torture. Anyhoo, respectfully disagree unless Fed's back really acts up. Delpo has terrific heart, but he has to be depleted after his virus and 5 setter. But....that's why they play. Pumped for this one...

DelPo's tough. Even though I'm a huge Fed Fan, I like him a lot. I was nervous the first couple matches, but Roger seems to be moving and playing a lot better.

And their site hadn't been updated, but it had Juan Martin winning the first set in a tiebreaker, and it was tied 1-1in the second. T he n someone told.me Roger came back to win and I woke up. My dreams are always in reverse so I knew he lost and sure enough he did.

He was in the zone he was most of the year. He needed to get that back and didn't. I'll be happy with anyone winning except Rafroid, as all decent people will!

I was working symphony auditions, 8 hours of auditions...........gah! Being the room monitor I was able to watch live scores with my phone sitting on a music stand . I knew he was probably going to have a hard time with this. I am happy for Delpo, I really like him. Like we agreed before, we usually want him to win unless it is against Fed.

From watching just the scores go by it looked like a typical Fed match where he is either is not feeling quite perfect or he loses his concentration. Whatever, he did a damned good job this year. For a guy his age to take 2 is pretty awesome.

I imagine Del Potro was on in spite of how he felt. I hope he goes to the end and wins it again. I might even shed a tear over that, he has really paid his dues.

that says if he goes 5 sets or 4 or more or something like that in the first round he doesn't win the tournament.
