repair the "C" on the big Neon sign inside the stadium. So we watched the "UBS" for for a month or two from the front window of his apartment.

How ya been Prof? It was hard to cop a ticket for the Cubs during Sosa's home run derby - you could get great tickets for free at the White Sox. I remember some stockbroker standing out in the street in a Cubbie cap and new fielders glove snagged one of Sosa's homers and was waving it around and four other fans bum-rushed him and relieved him of ball, glove and cap. My thought was welcome to Chicago!

Haven't been to a game since that Sosa/McGwire year.
I live pretty far south of the city, so it's kind of a project to get to the North Side.
Maybe a day game now that every day is a weekend!
