2. General consensus is: Duke, Gonzaga, Virginia, and North Carolina.

With Duke being the overall favorite for the national championship.

Closest region in number of votes for winner is the Midwest with Kentucky only being 3 votes behind North Carolina. Biggest margin of a region is the East with Duke at 24 and Michigan State at 4.
