(17,304 posts)32 games played, 24 wins, a 1.89 goals against average and a .927 save percentage. Those are Vezina type stats. The only thing that might prevent him from winning that trophy is playing less than half a season. He's definitely worthy in every other respect.

(6,034 posts)I know the NHL wanted more "rivalry matchups" but the 1 v 8 2 v 7 system was better.
This system can mean there isn't an advantage to the teams with the best record.
