The Kia Rondo. Anybody have any experience with this these?

My Toyota Matrix served me well for 10 years. About the right size for me. Decent mpg. Now I need a replacement. I'm on a limited budget so my options are limited.

So I found this Rondo with low miles and in good shape. Problem is that this model is out of production, so I'm a little concerned about parts if needed.

I've read that Kia's don't have a great resale value which might be why this one is priced in my bracket!

I have a 2012 soul and I am extemely happy with it. if the price is good I think kia does a pretty good job for an economical car. not a toyota but better than a chevy, for sure (and I really have nothing against cheap chevys either).

I'm on long trips often. Snow too. Don't imagine you get a lot of snow down there.

I'm going to check it out the Rondo tomorrow. Just found out it has been in a "fender bender" so I'm a little hesitant.

There's also a Honda Element for sale here but it's a little more money and gets a little worse mpg.
