It was an especially sweet win after the Blue Jays ran their mouths off today.

I predicted to some friends that it would be a Cubs v Indians World Series after the Cavs won. I am worried about the Cubs right now though.

Not that I would defend Bautista's blaming the umps.

But they couldn't get their bats going and gut shutout against a rookie started. They didn't belong anywhere near the World Series. Hoping the Cubs snap the century-plus jinx now.
