... climbing the fence to confront Yankees fans PRIOR to the debris-throwing at him and other Cleveland outfielders later that inning, but that struck me as a stupid decision on his part.

I'm not excusing the Yankees fans for what happened later, but don't be some highly-paid "professional" who stupidly provokes paying fans either.



Myles Straw later said that Yankees fans are the "worst fan base on the planet".
