They have/had a better home/nest, until goose took it over:
Box/nest they're on now was built by the county natural resources department for owls, who never moved in. Top of the box not large enough, and the slant doesn't encourage stability of nest material (or eggs,) I'm afraid, it often disappears due to wind. This is a 'new deal,' hasn't happened in the past.
how are they going to lay eggs on that. good luck to them.
