If Browns beat the 1-13 Jets and Steelers lose to 10-4 Colts, they'll both be 11-4.

Then they would play each other for the Division in the final game of season on January 3rd.

Assuming Cleveland wins out, beating the Jets and Pittsburgh, and Pittsburgh beats Indy:

Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs). TIED

Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division: TIED

Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games: BROWNS (Steelers lost to Washington, Browns won).

If Pittsburgh BEATS Indianapolis and loses to the Browns, I think Steelers take the division based on the head-to-head.

TIE-BREAKERS:

Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
Strength of victory.
Strength of schedule.
Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
Best net points in common games.
Best net points in all games.
Best net touchdowns in all games.
