The Bears Fired Matt Nagy Today - Now Looking For New Coach - A New Candidate Should....

refuse taking the job unless the Bears Organization promise to spend the big bucks that they need to in order to get a top named Quarterback.

The Bears Organization know that they have very loyal fans that would fill Solder Field and buy all the promotional Bear Wear and nicknacks they make money off of.

They know that no matter what the Bears record is - win or lose - they will fill the stadium and make the money. So there is no incentive for the Bears Organization to spend the big bucks in order to retain a really top notch Quarterback.

So anyone that is interviewing for that job - you should refuse to take it unless you have a concrete commitment from the organization to do that.

Don't let them cheap out.

They have to hire the right coach to develop him. That means drafting and acquiring by other means the right players around him to support him.
