Thank God real football is back

EPL week 1 of 38

Only Chelsea-West Ham left to play.

Hull surprised me.
Man. Utd. looked strong after a slow start. Ibramovich obviously worth every penny
Man. City delivered as expected.
West Brom and Swansea picked up early season wins. Valuable 3 points for these clubs.

Liverpool-Arsenal....holy s#$t.

As a Liverpool fan I loved it. Would like a decent starting left back though. Moreno just doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling.

If you're a Gunner...you need to wash out your mouth. (Seriously...I know how you feel....)

I've been willing to give Moreno some slack because of his youth but he's no longer a kid. Time for another left back to be brought in to challenge/take the starting spot. The last 25 minutes was certainly an edge of the seat nail biting time.

It isn't as if this is his first season with the team. I respect his ability to go forward but question his ability to determine how far, when and he tends to leave too much open space behind him.

During the game his marking was atrocious. Either he gets his head in the game or he rides the bench.
