So how will the religion hosts deal with the new system?

The hosts forum is not going to be available for host discussions by group hosts. The suggestion is to use PM or email, both of which seem a bit inadequate and untransparent. Have any of the hosts thought about how to proceed?

I would suspect the hosts here would do as we did, and solve group problems through email or PM. Yes, it's inadequate, but it's never been truly transparent. Only other hosts would be privy to your group's problems, and no one else.

To be quite honest, I never felt comfortable posting our group's problems to the main hosts' forum. It felt like they were way out of our league. PMs sufficed well enough, and will continue that way.

Now, what I would like to see implemented instead is a form of sub-forum attached to the hosts' superpowers page, that only hosts in that group could access. That would be far more efficient than email and PMs, and wouldn't show that group's problems to all.

Think about this problem: what do you do when the person that's causing problems in your group is a host in another group? Posting your group-problem to the one (and only) Hosts' Forum opens you up to clique behavior and more. I see no good reason to do that and make matters even worse.
