The Pope's Passive Hybristophilia

http://catholicmonitor.blogspot.com/2018/08/pope-francis-said-he-want-to-let-loose.html?m=1

This guy kind of overreacts to Frank's recent statement about the death penalty. The interesting part of the article is this proof that prayers work.

In 1978, Bundy had just brutally raped and murdered two sorority sisters and was entering another room to kill another young women when "he stopped, dropped his weapon and fled."

Monsignor Kerr came to the scene and the woman from whose room the murderer fled told the priest that she had fallen asleep praying the rosary which she did every night.

Kerr, years later, was ministering to Bundy. He asked the killer about the sorority incident.

Bundy told him that "when he tried to step through the doorway, a mysterious force prevented him from doing so. He dropped his weapon and ran away."

Hybristophilia is a paraphilia in which sexual arousal, facilitation, and attainment of orgasm are responsive to and contingent upon being with a partner known to have committed an outrage, cheating, lying, known infidelities, or crime—such as rape, murder, or armed robbery.-wiki

How that op-ed referring to the Pope with that term attached in a Catholic magazine is past my understanding!

One man's outrage. Not official Catholic opinion.

I do get a chuckle out of him calling for Frank's de-Poping.

Frank is against the death penalty, ergo Frank wants Ted Bundy to kill more people.
