Coincidence? Surprise at the post office today....
My husband and I had a surprise at the Post Office today! We ran into Randy (our best man at our wedding almost 27 years ago). Hubby used to help Randy with his construction business when he was in college. Randy is still doing construction (finish carpentry, additions, roofing) and has a team of Amish craftsmen working for him. He has always been very particular and does wonderful finish carpentry.
He said he stopped at the post office today because he mailed a bunch of letters a few days ago and one had fallen behind his seat. He was dropping that off. We were only there today because hubby had a stray package he needed to pick up. Turned out Randy was the guy who held the door for us as we followed him out.
We got his business card and will be giving him a call to get an estimate for rebuilding and reroofing the den and loft areas.
The tree gets removed from the roof on Thursday!
