I filed my candidacy paperwork for the municipal election this morning at 8 AM Central time.

Maybe not the best planetary influences, but it had to be done this way to have any shot at the top ballot position. So far, I am crossing my fingers. I'll know for sure what my opponent did by tomorrow.

This is the time in any election when (as a candidate) you sit and wonder if you are doing the right thing to even run...
