Healing Energies

An intense leg cramp, distracting from work, painful to sit, stand or walk. I took hot epsom salts bath, used massage, healing touch and that helped.

Thinking of the Wounded Healer concept. If healers heal themselves first, do healers recognize or resonate with each other, even when they may not know they are healers yet?

Is the ability to heal innate in certain individuals, or all humans, lying dormant?

Do we resonate with others who are like us in that way? I have a friend who feels like this to me, always has, as if he's a healer under a lot of pain ...

Has anyone had or do you know of similar ideas? Maybe it's "normal."

....I feel as if I have the ability to heal, although my knowledge so far is limited and self-taught.

I have noticed that I feel very energetic around folks with these talents.

3. Astrologically

healing talents are much higher in certain individuals. That doesn't mean that they actually use them. Usually, those with little or none never fool with it.

Your leg cramp is probably from a Uranus transit in early, early Cardinal signs, i.e., Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn. Too hard to tell. If it's in the upper leg, something is probably hitting your Jupiter. It's not "normal" in my opinion. Your leg cramping is a symbol that you are really "ready to move forward on something", yet your stifling it.

5. It been my experience that....

Everyone has innate healing abilities and weather they consiously relize it or not they use it everyday.
I would even say plants and animals use it too or its what I have observed and experienced. If you have life force you have the cababilities to channel "Energy" and tune into the Earth and universal matrix of energy and intelligence. Its all interconnected or as I've come to think of it "Pi's of conciousness."

I do think some Healers are more attracted to other healers closer to their own calibration or energy resonance.Maybe thats what a "Soul group" is.Working on Like Life lessons or paths.

I agree with Rick about the leg being about stepping forward...that's often one that i see and experience at times (though for me, it's usually injuring said ankle/leg or tripping, lol)
also, what Howler said about us all having the capacity for healing. Healing is an essence, and energy that is available to all...some use it and apply it daily or in working with others, some tap into it only when needed. I also think it is tied to a sense of empathy and compassion, which we all have.

As we develop our higher selves and the ability to hold more light and vibration, i think we will be more apt to easily align with healing...and that can mean just hearing our inner voice that tells us when to soak, when to rest, when to eat and what is healthy...etc.
hope that makes sense!


oh - also, here's a tidbit from my Lightworkers class we practiced:

of course when healing we take a moment and ground and open. The way I was taught is to basically 'become a channel' for the golden light to come through... it pours in through the top of the head like a shower, and just flows from shoulder down the arms and out the hands... (we don't hold any of it, but of course you get a healing whenever that ray of light is activated and passing through your own cells as well.) One of the techniques was to just use the index and middle finger (folding the rest in), like a concentrated beam, especially works on migraines and specific locations/injuries.

and I'd recommend starting with the first one, Conscious Dreaming, b/c he talks about how he came to dreaming - or it came to him - in childhood. Great story. He's devoted his life. Ill as a kid. In and out of consciousness. Died a few times, referred to that today on FB. He was 3 and says the doctor said he died and "the poor soul came back."

There was a great kids book, if anyone knows the title, about a girl who was ill and imagined literally everything she heard the adults saying, dreaming up some funny stuff.

Robert Moss G'day, Bill Sheehy - I must be in a soft mood today. Tasmania is where I first died and came back, aged 3. Aussie doctors didn't talk of NDEs in those days (nor did anyone else). That's just what the doctor said - "Poor bloody kid, he died and came back."

in Jan noontime sun, busy city streets, loosened up the leg. darndest thing. everyone, all shapes, sizes, colors, outfits, expressions, every person looked ... beautiful. lol
