an skilled person who has conscious OOBs, I'm talking about a floating consciousness that is not well integrated into the physical. To me he is the epitome of what an ungrounded state looks like--totally disconnected from time and space. He needs a handler (which is what kind of person the Rs love to have in the WH).

handler. Ever notice how Ann seems to "take charge" whenever he's not on the stump. I specifically recall that during the cupcake store & recently she's driving the jet ski. There was another incident I don't recall the specifics of, but I noticed she just about pushed him out of the way to "do for him".

I think mannequin describes him better.

I cannot see how anyone can manifest his chart in a healthy manner.
Even IF he were sincere, there would be no way for anyone to know.
He fits the Republican party going through their 186 year Neptune return, get real, or become MORE UNREAL
That's otherwise known as the clown party

Dare I say this: You ain't seen nothing like what coming to them.
They are very much like a ship that continually gets more and more lost at sea, so they've given up all
hope of seeing land again. Their only hope is more smoke and mirrors and bs.
We've seen through, but especially Neptune.
You can't be real unless you ARE real.
Does that make sense?
That's the self-created "reality" they have chosen to live in.
Too freaking sad to be funny.
And to think, look how many people stay glued to them bc of the collective-delusional-sour-grapes-ego

That really strikes a cord... Some people just seem to be losing it, buying into the lies. Can't they see how crazy/hateful/mean/uncaring etc. they are.

bc they were never taught to think
therefore anything CRAZY is left
and they are RIGHT
they want to run back to the safety of ignorance
we wrote about this for years
for most of them , it is too late
as Tolle said, "Evolve or die"

maybe they'll find their miracle
it's not on Fox

I am glad you mentioned it first. I have personal experience with a chart with similar aspects to this, and remember pluto/venus relationships from an awesome chapter in one of Stephen Arroyo's books.

22. There are so many grounding exercises

so you have to go with what works for you.

What I have been doing lately is visualizing my chakras. When I tune into my first chakra, I mentally connect a cord to the core of the Earth. I have been working to heal my body and working with my energy centers is part of what resonates right now.

Anodea Judith is an awesome writer who clearly explains working with the chakras, and has a workbook called The Sevenfold Journey, that I love. Her books Eastern Body Western Mind and Wheels of Life are excellent explanations that I think can explain the chakra system from the most basic level. Here is her website--now that you made me look her up I discovered she has more stuff for me to explore too see how this works?

http://www.sacredcenters.com/

Barbara Brennan's books, Hands of Light and Light Emerging have excellent diagrams that demonstrate what can happen to the energy body in different states of mind, as well as during interactions between people. (I had some difficulty with some of her text --which may be my problem) The illustrations are totally worth it, even if you check them out in a bookstore.

Oh!! And the reason I say I've been ungrounded is that I have learned what grounding IS. When you are connected energetically with the Earth, you have a natural sense of time and space, have situational awareness, know what foods to eat, and are in touch with your body. People who are not well grounded often find themselves disoriented, time goes by, miss appointments, bad sense of direction, and forget what people say to them, ect. This state can result from trauma, from energetically and consciously trying to escape.

If this does not sound familiar to you, then congratulations, you most likely are a well grounded person. If you are interested in learning about our energy anatomy (if you don't know it already) then check it out, it is so fascinating.

Enjoy!!
