Drove home from work tonight in snow and 33 F degrees.

Wet, heavy stuff. It's supposed to continue all night and the temp is predicted to drop to 28 F. Still, I just don't think it's going to stick around long, the ground is still so warm. We sure did need this.

It's happening all over Colorado, though. I've gone from sweating to freezing my ass off in the last 24 hours, LOL.

They are predicting 6-11" even in Boulder. Ours won't last long down here, but if she is at a higher elevation, her's might stick around a while.

It was soooo cold and wet yesterday..never broke 50 degrees. Woke up to snow 1000 feet above my house. We’re only at 3600 feet here. I’m glad you got moisture! Hoping to escape wildfire season unscathed. California is having a tough go right now.

At least this will help our situation some--the Cameron Creek fire, in particular.

In follow up to our conversation this weekend, the smoke yesterday was brutal. Today/tonight, w the snow it was just pure fresh air. Hope this helps the fires.

Take care and drive safe.

Not only is it picturesque, but also a liberal oasis in the Red Sea of Colorado Springs
