The cold front coming east helped trigger a blizzard in the Dakotas, that dumped 17" in Bismarck Thursday... its second snowiest day on record Thursday.

the Dakotas, perhaps they need the rain/snow, although through some of the YouTube videos I've seen of that area, the rains have been pretty heavy earlier this year too.
