discussed that the Gulf is one of the warmest bodies of water on Earth and this will make it more likely to have 1,000 years storms more and more often. He also said cities are going to have to decide whether or not to build along the coasts in the future. This is real and no one with any sense shouldn't rebuild (or consider building a new building) in the same flood prone locations knowing this.
